Deleting members individually
If you only need to delete a few members, you may find it easier to delete them individually.
To get started, click Members
in the sidebar and then on the member you want to delete.
On the member’s page, click Delete
in the top right.
Deleting a member will delete all outstanding invoices for the member and remove them from your club. Any links they have been sent will no longer work, so they will not be able to make any more payments to the club.
Their payments will exist on invoices they have already paid, so you will not lose any historical records relating to the member.
To confirm, click Delete member
.
You cannot delete a member who has made a part-payment against an outstanding invoice. You either need to remove the payment first (see Removing a manual payment) or add a credit to the invoice to clear the outstanding amount (see Adding a credit to an invoice).
Deleting members in bulk
If you need to delete lots of members, you may find it easier to delete them in bulk.
To get started, click Members
in the sidebar and then Select
in the header row.
Select the members you want by checking the box next to their name and then click Delete
to delete them.
