Sending reminders to a member
To send a reminder to a member, click on Members
in the sidebar and then on the member you want to send the reminder to.
On their member page, click Remind
in the top right hand corner.
This will bring up a list of outstanding invoices you can select to remind the member about. All the checkboxes are checked by default.
When you are happy with your selections, click Send reminders
and the selected invoices will be emailed immediately to the member.
If you have turned off reminders for any of the invoices, you will not be able to select these invoices. The checkbox is replaced with an alarm icon in this case.
