Viewing a member's invoices, payments and Pings
To view a member’s invoices, payments and Pings, click on Members
in the sidebar and then on the member you want to view.

Viewing member stats
When you first land on the member page, you’ll notice a section underneath the header with figures in each box. These figures help you understand more about the member and can be explained as follows:
- Total overdue - The total value of invoices that have passed their due date;
- Total owed - The total value of outstanding invoices;
- Total paid - The total amount the member has paid (all payment types);
- Avg. payment time - The average time it takes the member to pay their outstanding invoices (we only track payments made by card for this metric).
Viewing member invoices
The Invoices tab shows you all the member’s outstanding invoices. Overdue invoices are highlighted in red with an Overdue
label next to the name.
The default status filter is set to Owed so you will see all outstanding invoices regardless of whether they are overdue or not.
To see all invoices, click Clear
in the status dropdown or choose to see only the Overdue or Paid invoices.
You can also search the entire table on Invoice name.
If you want to export this table as a CSV, click Export to CSV
in the table footer.
Clicking on an invoice will show you the details of that invoice.
Here you can also record a manual payment, add a note, turn off reminders, send a reminder and edit or delete the invoice.
Viewing member payments
The Payments tab shows you all payments related to Invoices only. They are listed in date order, with the most recent payments at the top.
The table also shows you what the payment was for, how it was paid and how much it was for. There is no default filter applied, but you can filter by payment type if you want to find a certain type of payment.
You can also search the entire table on Invoice name.
If you want to export this table as a CSV, click Export to CSV
in the table footer.
Clicking on a payment will show you the details of that payment along with details of the invoice any associated Activity & notes.
Viewing member Pings
The Pings tab shows all Pings that the member has responded too. They are listed in date order, with the most recent at the top.
The table also shows you what the Ping was for, how many were purchased and how much was paid.
If you want to find a particular Ping you can search the entire table on Ping name.
If you want to export this table as a CSV, click Export to CSV
in the table footer.
Clicking on a Ping will show you the details of that Ping, the payments made against it and any associated Activity & notes.
Here you can also update the member’s comments and add a note. The Ping also shows any other members who responded with the same email address.
