Creating an account

Before you can start using Payzip, you must first create an account. To do this, head over to our sign up page. All you need to provide is an email address, your name and a password.

Passwords must be at least 12 characters long.

Once you’ve entered these details, click Create your account.

We’ll send you a verification link by email which you will need to click. If you made a mistake when entering your email address, just click Use a different email address and type in the correct address.

If you haven’t received the email within a few minutes, check your email program’s spam folder and see if it’s there. If it isn’t, click Send again and we'll send you another one.

If you want to start the whole process again, click Start over.

When the email arrives, just click Verify email address.

Now that your account has been created, you will be presented with 3 options.

Create club - Choose this option if you are responsible for collecting money from your members, want to save time managing member payments and want to allow your members to pay the club online. For more information about, see Creating a club.
Earn money - Choose this option if you want to earn money for introducing new clubs and organisations to Payzip and want to receive a commission for as long as the clubs you refer use Payzip. For more information about, see Creating an affiliate account.
Join my club - Choose this option if you are a member of a club, want to view your invoices and make payments to your club.

If you are not sure which option to choose, select Join my club and you will be taken to your dashboard where you can select either of the other two options when you're ready.
