Understanding your member dashboard

If you create a Payzip account, you get access to a dashboard which gives you all the information you need about payments you've made, Pings you've responded to and outstanding invoices you need to pay.

Understanding the Overview section

When you first log in you'll notice a section underneath the header with figures in each box. These figures give you an overview of activity on your account.

Because your email address may be used for different members (and potentially in different clubs too), we aggregate the totals to include all members and clubs.

  • Total overdue - The total value of invoices that have passed their due date;
  • Total owed - The total value of outstanding invoices;
  • Total paid - The total amount that has been paid so far (all payment types);
  • Avg. payment time - The average time it takes for a payment to be made (we only track payments made by card for this metric).

Understanding Invoices

The Invoices tab shows you all the invoices you have been sent from all the clubs you are a member of, and for all members. The default status is set to Owed so you will only see the invoices that are still outstanding.

To see all invoices, click Clear in the status dropdown or choose to see only the Overdue or Paid invoices. The default date filter is set to All time, but you can choose your own date range if you wish. You can also search the entire table on Invoice name, Member and Club. If you want to export this table as a CSV, click Export to CSV in the table footer.

Overdue invoices are highlighted with an Overdue label and a red flash on the row.

The information in the table is as follows:

  • Due date - The date the invoice needs to be paid by before it goes Overdue;
  • Invoice name - A description of what the invoice is for;
  • Member - The name of the member who was sent the invoice;
  • Club - The name of the club that the invoice was sent from;
  • Total - The total amount of the invoice;
  • Owed - The total amount outstanding on the invoice.

Invoices are ordered by Due date with the oldest invoice at the top.

Clicking on an invoice will bring up the details of the invoice.

If the invoice is outstanding, you will be able to make an online payment by clicking Pay now. For more information see Paying an invoice from your dashboard.

If the invoice has been paid, clicking on the invoice will bring up the receipt.

Understanding Payments

The Payments tab shows you all the payments you have made against the invoices you have been sent from all the clubs you are a member of, and for all members.

There is no default filter applied, but you can filter by Payment type if you want to find a certain type of payment. The default date filter is set to All time, but you can choose your own date range if you wish. You can also search the entire table on Invoice name, Member and Club. If you want to export this table as a CSV, click Export to CSV in the table footer.

The information in the table is as follows:

  • Date - The date the payment was made;
  • Invoice - A description of what the payment was for;
  • Member - The name of the member who made the payment;
  • Club - The name of the club that the payment was made to;
  • Type - What type of payment was made;
  • Paid - The amount of the payment.

Payments are ordered by Date paid with the most recent payment at the top.

Clicking on a payment will bring up the receipt.

Understanding Pings

The Pings tab shows you all the responses you have made to Pings created by all the clubs you are a member of, and for all members. The table includes Pings includes ones that were free of charge along with those that were paid for.

The default date filter is set to All time, but you can choose your own date range if you wish. You can also search the entire table on Ping name, Member and Club. If you want to export this table as a CSV, click Export to CSV in the table footer.

The information in the table is as follows:

  • Date - The date the payment was made;
  • Ping name - A description of what the payment was for;
  • Member - The name of the member who made the payment;
  • Club - The name of the club that the payment was made to;
  • Qty - The quantity selected;
  • Paid - The amount of the payment.

Pings are ordered by Date with the most recent at the top.

Clicking on a Ping will bring up the details of that Ping.

Updating your account

To update your account details, click on your initials in the top right and then select Account from the dropdown.

On your Account page, you can update your Name, Email and Password.
